1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit it. They let the site remember information between visits — for example, the choice you made about cookies — or measure, in aggregate, how the site is used.

This policy explains which cookies primeclinic.ro uses, why, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process your personal data.

2. Who is responsible

The website primeclinic.ro is operated by Prime Protocol S.R.L., registered office at Strada Stockholm nr. 10, Sector 1, Bucharest, 011786, Romania, Trade Register no. J2026021960002, VAT no. 3. The cookies we use

The site uses a minimal number of cookies, in two categories.

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the site to work and do not require your consent.

The site uses no session, login or shopping-cart cookies, as it has no user accounts and sells nothing online.

3.2 Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to understand how the site is used: how many visitors we have, where they come from, which sections they read, and whether our communication campaigns work. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify any individual.

These cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline" or make no choice, no analytics cookie is set and no Google script is loaded. We have configured Google Analytics in "Consent Mode", so that without your consent Google receives no device identifiers.

Google Analytics 4 anonymises IP addresses by default. Google may transfer the collected data to servers in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. How Google uses the data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

3.3 What we do not use

We use no marketing or advertising cookies, no social-media cookies, no tracking pixels and no device fingerprinting. Should that change, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again.

4. How to change your choice

You can change the choice you made in the banner at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops collection from that moment; data already collected in aggregate cannot be attributed to you and therefore cannot be individually deleted.

Blocking the pc_consent cookie will cause the banner to reappear on every visit.

5. Legal basis

The use of cookies is governed by Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (art. 4), by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and by Law no. 190/2018. Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site; analytics cookies solely on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Changes

We will update this policy whenever the cookies we use change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Significant changes will be signalled by showing the cookie banner again.
